Automotive spécialists, themselves, explain an oil engine never degrades but always contaminated. This is the same about hydraulics fluids. More than 70% of the hydraulics breakdown come from pollution with particles (as iron filings) or from chemistry reaction (as water). This pollution, from particles more or less small, from « unwanted » liquids, is insufficiently eliminated by the usual hydraulic oil filters, with wide net media. Here is why we must drain regularly the hydraulic fluid tanks. According the same automotive specialists, an oil slowly and finely filtered, will preserve all of its originals qualities.
To answer this point, AdMec provides a slow and continuous hydraulic fluid micro-filtration system, using a reinforced fine filtering media, as described by the specialists. The cumulative effect allows catching more particles and smaller (till 1 micron). So, the lubricant gets a better life range. You space out the drain intervals, you reduce considerably the oil draining volume.
Our fine filtration solution enables to save about 3 to 4 drain intervals.
Reliable: certified by the TÜV, internationally recognized agency. The Certification: particles in the fluid are eliminated up to one micron. This is a true and key benefit to avoid the breakage of the most fragile components, such as the servo-valves, to reduce the mechanic friction and the wear of mechanic items. The water is also eliminated, avoiding oil acidification (TBN) and items oxidation. The oil is never chemically modified (IR spectrum). Finally, the oil viscosity remains constant.
Universal: valid for any hydraulic fluid, including circuit breaker oil, or lagging oil. It Concerns all of the rolling and floating machines/vehicles, machine tools, building equipment using hydraulic fluid, such as the elevators. This ends the puzzle / « headache » of the oil filters storage references management.
Easy and no risky: our products are installed on serial or bypass of the hydraulic flow track, according the exit pressure of the pump. At the draining intervals, instead of the oil drain, maintenance managed in about 5 or 10 minutes, no more, is limited to replace in about every 500 hours, the filtering oil media (0,4 / 0,8 / 1,2 liters, according the hydraulic tank size), and to check the oil level. Is the hydraulic oil sump’s draining really necessary? We propose fluid tests in order to check the quality of the lubricant. Depending on the result of the hydraulic oil’s analysis, the draining will have to occur or not.
